Clinical Account Specialist

*ETHOS LABORATORIES* – Newport, KY

LOCATION: Must reside in Lexington, KY preferably; Louisville, KY will be considered as well.

DEPARTMENT: Sales and Marketing

REPORTING TO: Regional Sales Manager (RSM)

TRAVEL: Up to 20%

EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE REQUIREMENTS:

  • Bachelor’s degree required
  • Prior experience as an inside or outside account manager and sales professional
  • B2B sales experience desired

ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

Account Management

  • Assist the Senior Territory Manager (TM) in identifying opportunities and leads within a specified geography
  • Maintain current business relationships
  • Grow current business samples (organic growth)
  • Complete implementations and other steps of sales process with the Senior Territory Manager (initial sales call, implementation, first report debrief, 30 day summary, and quarterly summary)
  • Assume full responsibility of account after 90 days
  • Complete lunches and other meetings as needed for account maintenance
  • Attend and contribute to customer meetings and events/presentations when needed
  • Field travel with overnights up to two nights per month depending on location of accounts
  • Assume responsibility of patient bills, customer needs, supply ordering, phlebotomist calls, and working with Phlebotomist Supervisor to manage phlebotomists.
  • Be able to recite the 30 second talk track and other company talk tracks

Administrative Responsibilities

  • Provide weekly summaries of call/account activity
  • Gather presentation materials, order food, etc. for customer visits
